Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Room to be guaranteed against advance payment.
- Non-Guaranteed rooms will be released 20 days prior without notice.
- 25% cancellation fee if cancelled before 45 days prior to check in.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 45 days prior to check in.
- 80% cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days prior to check in.
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 20 days of check in.
- Only packages will be sold in the month on May and June.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
