• 80% of the property is built on a hillside, and one will have to walk a series of steps to reach their room, no escalators are planned for. Very important if your group includes infants, small kids and infirm elders.
• The resort does not have room service.
• It does not have TV’s in the rooms as well
• The bed linen & towels will be replace once every 3 days. As the resort is in the Himalaya, where water is in perennial shortage.
• The resort does not have a spa / massage therapist.
• It does not have any ayah / maid facilities yet.
• 2 of the 3 family units are double-storied on a single structure, and not interconnected.
• The White Water Café operates only during regular meal times, not 24X7
