- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 25 days: no retention.
- Cancellation between 15 and 20 days prior to arrival: 0.5 retention.
- Cancellation received 10 days prior to arrival: 1 retention.
- All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance.
- The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation.
- In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability. All disputes subject to Almora Jurisdiction.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the
- dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and
- taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation
- charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of
- booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or
- provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
