It is 45 kms away from Munnar town near the village of Pazhathottam. It takes about 90 minutes on average to reach the resort from Munnar town. The first 36 kms is a very scenic drive on the Kodaikkanal highway via Mattuppetti and Kundale Dam. Just like all good things in life, Camp Noel is hard to get to. But once you get here, if you enjoy nature at its pristine best, you will love it! It believe that it is precisely because Camp Noel is hard to get to, that it is so pristinely preserved. - Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
- No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
