Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

A reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival
One night’s retention will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival
Full stay charges will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival
If on the date of check in it is a no show, the hotel shall not be responsible for the reservation
No refund for short stay and unutilized facilities mentioned in the inclusions.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
