Rates are subject to change without prior notice
Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

For early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
For late check-out, reservation needs to be made for the next (current) night.
Any entertainment (free or chargeable) could be removed without prior intimation.
All the bookings must be guaranteed by Travel Agent or advance payment to be made by Demand Draft or at par Cheque in favor of "Chouki Dhani Motels (Gujarat) Private Limited" payable at Rajkot.
Cancellation of room 15 days prior to the planned arrival would be charged as per full amount.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
