Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- 15% of tariff will be charged for cancellation prior to three weeks before check- in date.
- 50% of tariff will be charged for cancellation less than three weeks and prior to one week before check – in date.
- No refund or cancellation will be made for less than one week to check – in date.
- No Refund and Cancellation/ Prepone/Postpone of dates for the bookings during peak season and special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, New Year and other major public holidays.
- No-show, early departure, late arrival or unused portions of accommodation, meals, activities, or services are non- refundable. No refund will be issued due to airline delays or acts of God, including weather-related problems. Please note there is no last minute cancellation or dropouts.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
