• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
• The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check-in ( as per govt. laws)

• Any amendments / cancellations that occur at least 15 days prior to the check-in date – no penalty.
• Any amendments / cancellations that occur between 10 and 15 days prior to the check-in date will result in the retention of 50% of the booking amount.
• Any amendments / cancellations that occur less than 10 days prior to the check-in date will result in the retention of 100% of booking amount.
• If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
• Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
• In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
• Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
