Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a guaranteed room needs to be communicated to the hotel by 12 noon, 10 days prior to the date of arrival. For Confirmation required 100% advance.
- Any cancellation received after this deadline will be charged 50% of the total amount as retention charges.
- Full Package Price will be charged in case of a no-show. ( If we don't receive the advance deposit the reservation would automatically stand cancelled )
- The check-in time is 2:00 noon. In case of early arrival, kindly put in the request at the time reservation. will be honored subject to availability. Please contact us for further queries or any change in plan.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund.
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
