Small is beautiful. The 10 rooms hotel is professionally managed with human touch to feel homely. It is located at the best position at Kalpa. The comfort, services, facilities and hygiene are maintained with high standard. The hotel is also managed keeping in view of the services needed by Indian and foreign tourists. Although, the tariff notified by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh is on the basis of providing bed rolls only in the rooms, all rooms have been provided with full carpet, furniture, electric blanket, TV, DVD player, Tatasky receiver, etc.

Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Above 60 days in advance: Rs. 100/-.
- Cancellation of reservation before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 80% of the advance will be refunded
- Cancellation of reservation between 4 to 6 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded
- No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival
- In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80% of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded.
- If request is received between 4 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded.
- No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
