- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- 9% Service Tax and 10% Luxury tax Payable at Hotel.
- If booking cancelled more than 15 days of check in date will carry no retention charge as a free cancellation or modification.
- If booking cancelled between 15 days to 7 days of check in date will carry 50% retention charge as a free cancellation or modification.
- If Booking cancelled before 7 days of check in date will carry no refund.
- No show will carry no refund.
- Booking cannot be cancelled / modified on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
