Hill Country resort includes full fledged conference facilities, with a conference hall, audio visual equipment and full range of business services. The entire property is dotted with activities providing hours of fun and entertainment for adults and children, such as  Play areas with swings, slides, see-saws, etc., A badminton court, A volleyball court, A duck pond,  An amphi theatre for barbecues and party games, Party Lawn with bonfire facilities

In addition, organized outdoor activities are conducted by specially trained staff. These include sightseeing, picnic tours, accompanied treks and hikes, as well as arrangements for golf, boating, horse riding and cycling.

• Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
• The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)  

• Booking cancelled more than 16 days prior to check in date Full Refund
• Booking cancelled between 08-15 days prior to check in date 50% on Tariff
• Booking cancelled between 01-07 days prior to check in date No Refund
• In case of Short Stay, No Show and cancellation on check in day No Refund
• In the event of full Refund, a cancellation charge of Rs. 500/- will be levied.
• If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund 
• Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
• In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
• Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
