Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 30 days notice prior to check in date is required for a full refund of the deposit made.
- 25% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 30 days period.
- 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 15 days period.
- 75% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 7 days period.
- Full package price will be charged in case of a no-show.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
