- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- In the absence of arrival timings / a contact cell phone number, all confirmed reservations will be deemed guaranteed up to 2 hours from time of booking and may be released thereafter.
- To guarantee a reservation beyond the booking time, one-night's room charge to be paid in advance.
- Full refunds available on cancellations received 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
- In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund guaranteed.
- No refund for cancellations on booking within 24 hours.
- For Group booking no advance will be refunded / adjusted & full retention will be charged in case of any cancellation received within 45 days before the time of check-in.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
