Cancellation Policy

Confirmation subject to receipt of 50% advance.Rest 50% should be made prior to 15 days of check in date.
Cancellations received between 15 days to 8 days of arrival date,will incur one night room charge.
Cancellation received within 7 days of arrival date will incur room charge for the entire stay.
we reserve the right to release non guaranteed reservations.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
