He started this small property as a hobby to offer tourists a cozy, comfortable and home-like- stay in Shimla. He made sure that from food to fun, Fairmount guests have an experience of their lifetime. Fairmount being situated at the highest peak of Shimla became one of the most wanted stay for adventure tourists and travelers. Mr. Arun visits Fairmount very often to interact with the staff as well as then guests to add more value and welcome more feedbacks.Mr. Arun belongs to New Delhi and handles his construction and architecture business along with fairmount Hotel. He has some interesting plans in coming years to make Fairmount one of the most beautiful hotels and scenic property for tourists in Shimla.

Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

25% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 7 days in advance from check-in date.
75% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 3 days in advance from check-in date.
100% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 2 days in advance from check-in date.
All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis as quoted at the time of reservations only or subject to availability.
No refund for short stay and unavailed facilities.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
