- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation prior to 3 days from arrival would be charged 5% of the total amount.
- Cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge.
- Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as No-Show and no refund will be given.
- Cancellation of Special Packages & Day use plans are not possible & non-refundable.
- Cancellation done before 48 hours of guest check-in: 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation done within 48 hours of guest check-in: No refund.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
