Rates are subject to change without prior notice
Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

All Reservations need to be guaranteed by pre payment of 50% advance payment at the time of booking and rest of the payment before 7 days of check in.
Cancellation / Postponement / Alteration made within 7 days prior to the date of Check In is liable for one nights room charges as retention as per this agreement, for bookings of up to 3 nights. For bookings of more than 3 nights, two nights room charges shall be chargeable as retention.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
