A Beautiful, Scenic Hill Resort 110 km from Jammu, 80 Km from Katra. 185 Km from Srinagar/ kashmir. Resort is surrounded by Deodar Forest situated at an altitude of 2010m from sea level. In summer no fan/ AC is required but in winter area is covered by thick blanket of snow thus providing facility for sking. A comparatively lesser known tourist destination, Patnitop is a lovely destination with all its natural beauty and soothing serenity. An excellent getaway, Patnitop is one of the best places in India where you can spend a couple of days to relax and rejuvenate. Patnitop is a lovely meadow fringed by tall pines. The best way to enjoy the natural beauty of Patnitop is to take leisure stroll along some excellent trails the place has to offer. Patnitop also has some ice-cold springs that have medicinal properties and are hence considered holy by the locals.

The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled, advance payment made online will not be refundable.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travellers.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
