  • Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
  • The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
  • If booking will be cancelled before 30 days then 10% retention will be charged.
  • Before 25 days 50% retention will be charged.
  • Before 15 days 75% retention will be charged.
  • Before 7 days 100% retention will be charged.
  • If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
  • Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the
  • dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and
  • taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation
  • charges would be applicable
  • In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of
  • booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or
  • provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
  • Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
