Cancellation Policy

0% Retention before 21 Days.
25 % Retention More than 15 Days and Less than 21 Days.
50% Retention before Less than 15 Days and More than 10 Days.
75% Retention before Less than 10 Days and More than 7 Days.
100% Retention Less than 7 Days.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
