The Jeevan Beach Resort hosts tourists at the heart of Kovalam "the paradise of south India". Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favorite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1970s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The resort offers accommodation in 48 rooms of 7 categories. It has a swimming pool attached with children pool. It has a multi cuisine restaurant facing the sea. It have a Beer and Wine Parlour with snooker table. It also has a roof top yard provides a best sun set view point and a space to relax and sun bath at the beach away from the folk.

Supplementary Charges:
- Meal Supplement (Lunch/Dinner): Rs.500/- per pax (Special rate Rs.400/- net) X’mas Eve 1000/head,
- Children from 5-12 years Rs.500/-, New Year Gala Dinner (31st Dec) Rs.2000/- net per pax, (Children from 5-12 years Rs.1000/-)(Compulsory for all the bookings during the above mentioned period).
Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund will be given before 7 days and 50% refund will be given before 3 days and no refund on cancellation before 48hrs .
- Cancellation for the High Season (December-January) full refund will be given before 30 days and 50% refund will be given before 15 days and No refund will be given before 7 days.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
