Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival date will attract 100% night’s retention.
- Cancellation within 15 to 21 days of arrival date will attract 50% night’s charge retention.
- Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival date will attract 25% night’s charge as retention.
- Last minute cancellation will attract full retention.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
