Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Any Reservation will be processed only After Receiving a 50% deposit which not refundable in case of No Show and Cancellation within a week of check-in.
- Any Cancellation made prior to 15 days o one week before check in entitles a refund of 50% of the deposit.
- Reservations for a minimum of seven nights will be considered. Between the festive periods of 15th December to 3rd January. Full payment in advance will have to be paid. No payment will be refunded for any cancellation.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
