- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- In case of a cancellation 60 days prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charges 10% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 30 days prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 20% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 15 day prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 30% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 07 day prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 40% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 3 day prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 2 day prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 75% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- In case of a cancellation 24 prior to commencement of the Booking, the Resort reserves the right to charge 100% of the total estimated billing as retention.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
