- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Booking cancelled before 10 days of the arrival date, 25% of total booking amount will be charged as cancellation charges.
- Booking cancelled within 10th days of arrival date 50% of total booking amount will be charged as cancellation charge.
- Booking cancelled within 5 days of arrival date, no show and early checkout 100% of total booking amount will be charged as cancellation charge.
- Credit Card Holder must be one of the occupants. Incase card holder is not one of the occupants then the occupants must have a photocopy of the credit card duly signed by the credit card owner.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

- Krishna Conglomerate Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify the policy and taxes at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
