- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Full advance for the accommodation and period booked for.
- The advanced received for booking is non–refundable.
- In the event of premature, departure or non-utilization of services offered for no fault of the hotel, the advance payment made will be forfeited in full.
- Any change in the composition of the group or any alteration in arrival /departure date shall be entertained 20 days for Group and 15 days for FIT’s, before the arrive date. For cancellation made under 7 days the retention charge will be 75% of the total booking and for more than 7 days notice 50% of the total booking.
- For cancellation made under 3 days the retention will be charged for the entire booking.
- In the absence of any advance payment, by the travel agent, the management will approach the client directly of settlement of bills, before leaving the hotel.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
