Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Confirmed Booking cancelled 7 days prior to Arrival – No cancellations charges applicable
- Confirmed Booking cancelled 6 to 3 days prior to Arrival 50% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
- Confirmed Booking cancelled 3 days prior to Arrival 75% of Amount paid as advance will be retained. Confirmed Booking turning as No Show 100% Retention charges applicable.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
