- New Year Eve INR 6000 Excluding Taxes Per Person, Child 6-12 Yrs INR 3000 Per Child.
- 24th December there is a compulsory Gala Dinner of Rs 3000 Taxes per person & On 31st December the New year Gala dinner is Rs 6500 Taxes per person The said amount is been included in the Best Flexible rate.

- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy 14 Days Out. Within 14 Days 100% Penalty Applies.
- From 1st November To 10th January - Non-Cancellable And Non-Refundable.
- Non- Refundable Time Period – 1st Nov’17 Till 10th Jan’18
- From 1st March 2018 To 30th April 2018 - Non-Cancellable And Non-Refundable.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm.
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
