Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 48 hours {72 hours for Suites} prior to the expected day of arrival.
- If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
