Red Earth Kabini is promoted by Ravi & Rachel and is an owner driven property. Ravi is a Coffee planter and Rachel is a film maker. They spent many years living and planting coffee in Papua New Guinea.
While they have no prior hospitality background, their warmth and gracious plantation style hospitality can easily surpass that of many luxury hotels – they love entertaining and meeting people.
Red Earth – Kabini is located in H.D.Kote taluk, Mysore District, Karnataka. Brand Kabini, needs no mention. Kabini has been rated as one of the top five destinations, worldwide for wild-life. Red Earth is located in beautiful surroundings absolutely untouched by development and yet very close to civilization.

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
Cancellation Policy
- 97% refund if cancellation is 15 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund if it is between 08 to 14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if it is less than 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- The confirmed dates may be altered, cancelled or cut short of days only if intimated 05 days
- prior to the check-in date.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
