The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
One night’s room charge will be levied in case of reservation cancelled within 15 days to the date of check-in & 50% amount on the cancellation from 7 to 10 day prior to the date of check-in. In case of non-arrival or cancellation on the same day the 100% of the stay amount would be levied.
In case of Flight or bus cancellation or other circumstances the Hotel shall not be able to cancel the reservation & 100% retention shall be levied on the same.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
