Shervani Hill Top, Nainital, has been in existence since 1960 and operating as holidays resort since 1981. Shervani Hilltop, Nainital spread out over the lush green and peaceful mountain side a boutique resort having 4 star facilities. The hill resort is built in the form of little cottages set apart from the busy township; it has 47 rooms with wooden floors, furnishing, attached baths, cable connections and efficient room service. Surrounded by the beautiful flora and fauna of the Himalayas, its like paradise rediscovered.Shervani Hill Top is 2 kms away from the Mall Road and the advantage it has is that it is right there and yet away from the maddening crowd. The best thing about the resort is that even when it is full, one does not get a feeling that it is crowded.

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Before 5 days – No Cancellation fee will charge.
- Within 5 days – 01 night of package cost will charge as retention.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
