- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation, No Show or Postponement (part or full) will attract the following retention charges:
- 72 hours prior to arrival - 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Within 72-48 hours of arrival - 1 night charges as retention inclusive of any meal plans, if so chosen, per room (ex. In case 2 rooms are booked for 2 nights on AP then we will charge 1 night for 2 rooms on AP as retention).
- Within 48 hours of arrival - No Refund
- No Show - 100% retention charge.
- Promo Code: if promo code is utilized, then the booking stands non- refundable.
- All resident guests above the age of 18 are required to present a valid government issued photo ID card with address proof at the time of checking in.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
