Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellation of reservations made 30 days prior to arrival date, a full refund of the booking amount will be made.
- For a cancellation of less than 30 days prior to reservation date, 25% of booking amount shall be refunded
- For a cancellation of reservation less than 15 days prior to arrival date or in the case of a no-show of guests, no refund is available.
- Refund is made to the guests’ bank account. Any banking charges are payable by the guest
- In case the guest decides to leave prior to the days reserved for duration of stay, no refund will be made.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund.
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
