Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

Booking cancelled 30 days prior to check in date and time will get a full refund.
Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to check-in date/time there will be no refund.
In case the guest does not check-in on the expected date of arrival the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit /debit card for the full amount received for the reservation.
There shall be no refund in case of Short Stay.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
