Rates are subject to change without prior notice
Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

For a booking of 5 rooms & below, if cancellation intimation is received 15 days before the Check-in date, no retention would be charged. 100% retention would be charged for any cancellation received less than 15 days from the date of Check-in.
For a booking of 5 – 10 rooms, if cancellation intimation is received 30 days before the Check-in date, no retention would be charged. 100% retention would be charged for any cancellation received less than 30 days from the date of Check-in.
For a booking of more than 10 rooms, if cancellation intimation is received 60 days before the Check-in date, 50% retention would be charged. 100% retention would be charged for any cancellation received less than 60 days from the date of Check-in.
No refund of the amount paid and no claim for no show, short stay and for un-availed facilities.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
