Established in the year 1991, The Orchard Greens is flourishing in this competitive arena of hospitality since then. The Orchard Greens has managed to create a niche for itself right from the very beginning, thanks to the support of our guests and our understanding of their needs. Starting from the rechristening, The Orchard Greens has added rooms, new services and other amenities to provide guests with the best experience through out the year. Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 10% retention charge.
- Booking cancelled between a seven (7) to three (3) days from the date of arrival will carry a 50% retention charge.
- Booking cancelled in the last 24 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge.
- A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
