Terms and Conditions
- Surcharge applicable for Christmas & New Year period (Generally between 21 or 22 Dec to 3 or 4 Jan).
- Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges would be applicable on X –Mas & New Year eve (i.e. 24 Dec & 31 Dec)
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund of the amount sent in advance minus Rs.500 cancellation charges will be made if cancellation is done 30 days or more prior to the reservation date
- 10% of total rent due will be deducted if cancellation is done 15 days to 29 days prior to the reservation date
- 25% of total rent due will be deducted if cancellation is done 7 day to 14 days prior to reservation date
- There will be no refund of advance if cancellation is done less than 7 days of the reservation date.
- In case of premature departure, 100% of total payment will be taken.
- Refunds on cancellation will be instructed immediately. However, please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account statement.
- Any disputes can be settled in Kullu Jurisdictions.
- *Booking done through other hotel booking portals will be subject to their cancellation policies
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
