The group started operations way back in 1954 with Janta Wafers a favourite food junction to Janta Farsna& Sweets, adding sweetness to Mumbai since 1964. Having earned a special place in the hearts of the guests with the food and hospitality was the first step of dream resort, Valley View Resort. Valley View Resort started operations on 14th April 1989. It has been an exciting journey of meeting and exceeding guest service expectations.

Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

No Refund against cancellation
If booking is cancelled prior to 72 hours from the date of arrival(excluding the day of arrival) then no charges would be levied and The
receipt will be extended on time limit with credit of amount paid. If booking is cancelled within 72 hours from the date of arrival(excluding
the day of arrival), then 1 day charges will be levied and Receipt will be extended on time limit with credit for balance amount given after
adjusting 1 day charges.
One day retention charges for preponed check outs.
For no show full forfeiture of the amount paid.
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
