WelcomHeritage Ranjit's Svaasa is a 250 year old Nanak Shahi haveli of Rai Bahadur Rattan Chand's lineage. This haveli, which was run in the 19th and early 20th centuries as a guest house for visiting officials from abroad, was accustomed to being frequented by royalty and eminent personalities. It is nestled in the holy city of Amritsar which was founded by the fourth Sikh Guru Ram Das in 1577.

The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)

Cancellation Policy

Full pre-payment of package is required at the time of reservation
Full retention or no refund for cancellation received 10 days prior to arrival
One day pro-rata cancellation charges will be levied/forfeited for cancellation received 11-14 days prior to arrival
No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival
The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends and during certain other times of the year
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
