WelcomHeritage Bal Samand Lake Palace
Mandore Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
A mere 5 kilometers north of the city limits of Jodhpur, on the Mandore Road is the WelcomHeritage Bal Samand Lake Palace, overlooking the still and clear Balsamand Lake. Built in red sandstone and employing the typical ornate Rajput architectural style, it was initially conceived as the summer residence of the Jodhpur Maharajas.
The lake itself which was artificially created in the 13th century as a water reservoir that supplied drinking water to the city - now compliments the lush green lawns and staggered terraced gardens of the property. This old royal retreat has now been fitted with all modern amenities which however, do not take away from the old world charm of the property.

Inclusions
- All packages are based on short break of two nights. The prices are inclusive of a double room (for two persons) with American breakfast. All applicable taxes are extra, unless specified otherwise.
- Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed
- Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years. For rates and further details please check the respective location. Extra bed rates are on per night basis.
- Check-out time is 1200 hrs. In case a late check-out is required it can be extended free of charge to 1600 hrs, subject to availability of rooms.
- Packages extendable on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms.
- These packages are valid for Indian citizens and foreigners residing in India
- These packages cannot be combined with any other offer.
- The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- These packages are valid from 01st October 2017 to 31st March 2018
- These packages are not valid during Long Weekend and Black period (Christmas /New Year) of the year. Please check with us for the hotel of your choice.

- The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws)
Cancellation Policy
- Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 10 days prior to arrival
- In the unlikely event of our inability to provide the above accommodation, we will arrange alternate accommodation of similar standards and provide transport to the guest at our cost.
- No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival
- One day pro-rata cancellation charges will be forfeited/levied for cancellation received 11-14 days prior to arrival
- The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Christmas, New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance
- If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
- Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
- In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
- Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount.
