Woods Villa is surrounded by a 6 ft fence, affording complete privacy.
You enter our spacious villa and into LOUNGE with comfortable sofas, this leads on to the open plan DINING ROOM for more formal meals if you require. Adjacent is the KITCHEN area fully equipped with everything you could want. At the end of the kitchen and a separate pantry leads off from the kitchen and a UTILITY ROOM.
Woods Villa has got two Family suites (FOUR BEDROOMS) - Each family suites has got a Master bedroom with Attic room for kids or adults. Four adults can be accommodated as we have two double beds in each suites. Extra beds can be put if at all reqd in Master bedrooms.
All bedrooms are decorated to a high standard. All linen and towels are included.

Cancellation Policy

Upto 15 Days: 90% Refund
Refund, Upto 7 Days 50% Refund
Refund, Upto 72 hours 20% Refund
Less than 72 Hours/ Early Check Out/No Show No Refund
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
